Our Services

Abilities First, LLC provides vocational and rehabilitation services to individuals with and without disabilities and their families one-on-one, in person or virtually. Our team of highly trained professionals provide in-depth interviews, testing, & vocational evaluation reports to include interest, aptitude, achievement, transferrable skills analysis, labor market research, occupational outlook data, functional limitations, accommodations, and training information. We also provide Work Incentives Planning and Assistance and Financial Literacy to youth and adult SSI and SSDI participants.

Abilities First, LLC is a private limited liability company that provides high quality counseling and vocational evaluation services. Karsen Spradlin is the owner and principle consultant with over 20+ years of academic knowledge and experience working with students, individual's with disabilities, and community partners and resources to help improve quality of life through meaningful training, work, and gainful employment. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Vocational Expert and Professional Vocational Evaluator, and Disability Consultant.
I serve state & federal agencies, schools, law firms, insurance companies, and businesses. It is my mission to provide quality services and supports ethically and to assist with the facilitation of financial independence and self-sufficiency through training and employment.
